Work in progress:

Crappyness at work

I am... Critical... And that is good, so I will say it before you do: "The following work sucks". But do know, that with this one I wanted to see how much (or little)a beginner can achieve within a 30 minute time-span. But, you probably can see who it represents ;)

First!

So, the first blog will be dedicated to... Me... It sounds awful, but it's true!
My name is Dennis, and I am a Dutchman with a dream. I want to get better at caricature, and to push myself I made this blog.

I started drawing/painting in Photoshop in December 2010, so I am really "fresh". When I was reading a wellknown magazine, I saw caricature art made by Jason Seiler. This work was so amazingly inspiring to me that I wanted to give it a go as well.

Anyway, as you might know it is important to set yourself high goals. My goal with this blog is to get better at caricature, and I will try and get something published. In the meantime, here you can follow my progress or degress...

A little note: I am working fulltime, and my job has NOTHING to do with arts, so this is another barrier.

If you are one of the very few who read this, thank you for doing so.

P.S.: My other Photoshop works are to be seen here: http://www.youtube.com/FuggedabouditNL and here http://www.facebook.com/FuggNL
